I already pointed you to the specification which details where things
need to go. I also provided a copy/paste-ready example for you and
told you where to put it. Unless you're more specific about the
problem you have with that I can't provide more or "better"
information.

So either someone provides other examples that you understand, or you
grab some metadata from someplace else with complete examples, or you
search the web for "SAML metadata Scope" for more info, or you specify
what exactly you did so that we can tell you what's wrong about it.
