Nothing in the InCommon metadata expires independently of the top level
element, so it's either all valid or none is. So either they're wrong, or
that log message doesn't make any sense (or isn't actually referring to
the information coming from the InCommon metadata, and they have some
other metadata that's involved).

And there is no change they could ask you to make that will make the
metadata valid or cause their IdP to accept requests from your SP.
