Issue with URL re-direct after IDP authentication - signing Assertion

Douglas,
its a kind of a funny thing. this happens the first time and when i paste my
url in the navigation bar and click enter then i get to my landing page.
not sure why this is happening on the first attempt after authentication.

Ps: I tried in Chrome , same behaviour.
