help - multi vhosts with one single IdP configuration

Hi Scott and Peter,

after a change back to the relative handlerURL="/Shibboleth.sso" we were able to get rid of all  ApplicationOverrides for the multiple vhosts.

To sum up the most important task of the whole issue was the correct ACS at IdP.
At the beginning https://wiki.shibboleth.net/confluence/display/SHIB2/NativeSPAssertionConsumerService
together with "MetadataForSP" led me to the impression that vhosts are sum up by ACS in SP. But vhosts have to be listed in IdP.
