configuring metadata for Net+ Box SP

I have completed/submitted their "federation questionnaire" where I
included a sample assertion from my IdP as well as my IdP's metadata. I
haven't heard much back from them as a result of submitting that, but i'm
assuming that is all that is necessary to take care of their side of the
bilateral trust.

Now I just need to get my side covered and we can flip the SSO switch to do
some testing.
