Shibboleth and Squid Proxy

Hi,

I'm currently setting up such a thing for our internal "net points"
(i.e. Linux kiosk systems connected to the university network). Users
can browse the university intranet without login, and when accessing an
internet site, a PHP application returning a Shibboleth login page is
shown. After login, the page must remain open, as it reloads
periodically to keep up the PHP application's session (and a database
entry which is read by squid to enable access). When the user quits the
browser, the session is lost.
