Cookie consent prompter for 2.3 IdP

Hi,
Can anybody recommend a good Cookie 'consent prompter' that can be easily plugged into Shibboleth's usernamepassword login.jsp, there seem to be numerous third party options out there and we want to avoid a homegrown solution.
