Shibboleth and Office365 - Fixes

Yes, this is the case with Office365 and a number of other large cloud offerings.  We're working with vendors in the NET+ program to help them find ways to improve the situation without overly impacting their existing users, but they're petrified of any impact on existing users at all.

Ryan's suggestion is one of the ways to address this problem without impacting existing users at all.
