Shibboleth and Office365 - Fixes

hi,

I managed to setup a Shibboleth instance for authentication of our users
into Office365 service. The auth works and the users are accepted by
Microsoft. But, i would like to make a few changes that will make the
life easier and I didn't found any answer searching by Google.

 1. I would like that when the user is being redirected to the IdP login
page, the username field to be completed with the value he already gave
to office365 log form. I tried to look into the http headers, but with
no luck. I suspect that the value I need is somewere in the SAML message
but I didn't find any easy way to have access to that value.

 2. Logout don't work :-S . From Google, I can see that there is no easy
answer to this problem. Still, does anyone has a solution that can be
used ? All the url's I tried don't seem to work
