Shibboleth IdP and Jetty 8

Maybe there should be a IdPJetty8Prepare wiki page which says "do
IdPJetty7Prepare and maybe set copyWebInf=true". But then that might
look like we support jetty 8.

Just updated the wiki so endorsement instructions for tomcat and jetty
are consistent.
