Shibboleth IdP and Jetty 8

I only copied the xalan and xercesImpl JARs to $JETTY_HOME/lib/endorsed.
Not only did I need to copy the other endorsed JARs from the Shibboleth
IdP binary distribution to $JETTY_HOME/lib/endorsed, I also needed to
uncomment the "--exec" option in start.ini.  With these changes applied,
Jetty starts properly, and I can navigate to
http://cinip101bsdweb.irtnog.net:8080/idp/profile/Status and get the
expected "ok" back.

For being the recommended option, the installation instructions for
Jetty need significant editing, especially for those unfamiliar with
modern JSP implementations.  To whom should I send any documentation
updates?
