Shibboleth IdP and Jetty 8

Thank you all for answering my questions.  I'm getting further now, with
a new error:

  java.lang.ClassNotFoundException:
org.apache.xerces.util.SecurityManager

I've grepped through the various JARs included with the IdP and cannot
find one containing this class.  Hopefully, I'm not missing something
obvious.  Unless anyone has a suggestion as how I might proceed, I'm
going to stop here and try Tomcat 6.
