Internation dateline issue

I'll gather more info from these guys.  They sent me a message stating that the date was an issue and gave me this error message:

org.opensaml.ws.security.SecurityPolicyException: Message was rejected due to issue instant expiration

BTW, from their PoV it *is* yesterday where you are at the moment relative
to them. That doesn't affect anything though.

Since they're the ones rejecting the message, then I would be interested
to see the logs if it's a Shibboleth IdP. I would be equally interested in
what happens if they generate a response to you without starting at your
end, if that's possible.
