You appear to be sending a transient NameID inside a SAML AuthnRequest for
some reason, so I guess the advice would be to stop. If that's not the
case, I don't understand the log entries.

As a side note, your message ID is invalid. The IdP is accepting it, but
that's not a valid XML ID and would break various implementations. IDs
can't start with numbers.
