Data in SP's Metadata

It's true, I was confused with some concepts. But definitevely that host name, truly was SP instead of IDP.

As Peter said, that's incorrect to begin with. Those are SP endpoints, nothing to do with the IdP. Nothing in metadata references anything but whichever system the metadata belongs to.
