Authentication Failure

I'm not a windows person ..but I would look closely at your
Username/Password login handler config in the handler.xml file. It does
not look quite right to me. Another thing to verify is that the
permissions are correct for the above login.config file.

Lastly, it does not look like you are even using the attribute-resolver.xml
yet.. (which is fine just something to note)
