Good point. Since David appears to be asking about a local SP, this
shouldn't be too much of a problem. If it were a federated SP, it
would be more of a problem, I think.

I don't think there's any kind of migration strategy that works for
endpoints (but I'd love to be told I'm wrong about that :-)
