Can't resolve SAML2SLO ProfileHandler

I want to create local logout at IdP by follow from  this

document

Add <ProfileConfiguration> to <RelyingParty> is OK, but in handler.xml
My IdP logging show this error

10:57:57.871 - ERROR
[edu.internet2.middleware.shibboleth.common.config.BaseService:188] -
Configuration was not loaded for shibboleth.HandlerManager service, error
creating components.  The root cause of this error was:
org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: cvc-elt.4.2: Cannot resolve 'ph:SAML2SLO' to
a type definition for element 'ph:ProfileHandler'.

As I understand these features are already come with Shibboleth IdP 2.3.8,
but I have to configure them myself.

Are there anyway to solve this?
