compiling shibsp 2.5.1 on solaris: breakdown at the last few steps

Hi Scott,

you are great.
The reason has been really the version of openssl.
First I tried to eliminate all hooks to the system's openssl_0.9.8, to 
use the new version 1.0.1.d. No chance.
As second try, I switched to openssl 0.9.8w and the error is gone.

I don't know why 0.9.8 is that sticky. Maybe I'll have some time, to 
give openssl 1.0.1 a second chance. Unfortunately not now, I'm late. :-(

After having a successful compiled SP, I tried to recheck my experience 
with boost_1.53. The problem persists:
