Does anyone have experience with Shibboleth IdP and dramonline.org integration

Sorry, this might not be appropriate for the list but I will give it a shot
...

There're a few universities using it but most of their Shibboleth logins
are currently not working (
http://www.dramonline.org/Shibboleth.sso/SAML/POST)

It seems to me it's an SP end issue, but wanted to see if anyone has seen
these two errors:

"Sorry, your identity provider has not been approved yet."
"Sorry, that provider group has not been approved yet."
