Recent O365 incident broke ECP?

Hi guys
Can anyone who is having issues, please reply to this thread. I will
contact you offline with my MSFT email address (I have reached out to a few
already). I will need case # details.
I am a support escalation engineer from MSFT.
Just for clarity only users with mail clients or phones are seemingly
impacted. OWA is not impacted it seems.
