Example Metadata line in Shibboleth 2.5.1?

We recently installed (on Windows Server 2012 / IIS8) Shibboleth 2.5.1 and
noticed there is a line at the top of the metadata file when retrieving it
from the server (i.e., https://webserver.com/Shibboleth.sso/Metadata)

Is there a way to remove this?
