Well, I'd start by using a supported JDK (1.6 is EOL) and I would not use
anything from Red Hat where the JDK is concerned.

You seem to be using Bouncy Castle as the crypto provider, and I don't
understand why that would be the case, so something is very wrong with the
JDK here.

And if nothing else works, you'd want to make sure you have a full
strength JCE policy install and not the export-only stuff that Oracle
provides out of the box.
