That's not Shibboleth. So if you're having an issue, you'd have to ask
whoeever wrote it unless somebody else here is using it.

Well, you're doing something quite specific. Do you have documentation
that makes you believe that there are request attributes being set by
those names? Shibboleth definitely doesn't.
