Is there any software out there that can simulate shibboleth

Good Day

I'm a Researcher trying to work around shibboleth and different identity
federation solutions,

*I was wondering if there is any Tool or software or anything to help
simulate Shibboleth or SAML ? Something like cloudsim but for Shibboleth,
some tool / software that by using it you can easily play around the
features of shibboleth , something like for example --> instead of
installing shibboleth on real world linux system , just try a simulator to
play around with it. *

ANY one have any idea regarding any cloud security simulated environment
tool, especially in the field of Identity management and federation and
shibboleth.

I would really appreciate if you could share your knowledge with us too.
