CAS service Parameter with shib-cas-authenticator

We have an integrated Shibboleth and CAS installation using shib-cas-authenticator.  Is it possible to retrieve within CAS the original service URL that is protected by Shibboleth? The service URL that comes to CAS doesn't have the original service URL as service parameter and is of the following format:

https://ssoserver.com/cas/login?service=https%3A%2F%2Fssoserver.com%2Fcasauth%2Ffacade%2Fnorenew%3Fidp%3Dhttps%3A%2F%2Fssoserver.com%2Fidp%2FexternalAuthnCallback
