IdP to retun First Name, Last Name etc. to SP

How can SP request IdP to release these attributes in addition to NameId as part of the Assertion? What do we need to change in <AuthnRequest> so that IdP releases these additional attributes (under <AttributeStatement>) as part of the Assertion?

The SP requests it. The attribute release policies on the IdP allow (or not) it. Which are you having trouble with?
