How can I display a more friendly error page

We have users that for some reason are saving bookmarks like this: (Our IDP is protected by CAS)


https://test.go.utah.edu/cas/login?service=https%3A%2F%2Ftestidp.acs.utah.e

du%2Fidp%2FAuthn%2FRemoteUser





After successful CAS login they see this:

However, if the bookmark looks like this:
https://test.go.utah.edu/cas/login?service=https%3A%2F%2Ftestidp.acs.utah.edu
They see this:
University of Utah Test Identity Provider Server

How can I make the IDP return the second page for both URL patterns?
