Yes, that's true. That's also the reason to migrate to SLES 11. 

My question regarding which Oracle Apache Production is certified with Shibboleth ? And with version of Apache is also certified ?

"officially supported only on the following distributions":
https://wiki.shibboleth.net/confluence/display/SHIB2/NativeSPLinuxInstall
I think that also implies use of the OS-supplied (here: SUSE) httpd, not something else.
