[IdPv3] API freeze

Dear list,

According to the project roadmap (https://wiki.shibboleth.net/confluence/display/DEV/Project+Roadmap), IdPv3 is scheduled for release in Q2 2014. Are there any estimates of when the APIs are going to stabilise, both for IdP and its dependencies?
