Using Shibboleth IDP version 2.4.0 

Trying to implement an Idp for SSO, active directory, Office365.

After adding Windows Azure AD as a relying party, configuring the
Shibboleth attribute resolver, and configuring the Shibboleth attribute
filter, my Idp will no longer start.

 

I receive the following error in the log:

08:42:56.813 - ERROR
[edu.internet2.middleware.shibboleth.common.config.BaseService:188] -
Configuration was not loaded for
shibboleth.RelyingPartyConfigurationManager service, error creating
components.  The root cause of this error was:
org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: Invalid byte 1 of 1-byte UTF-8 sequence.

 

Any help would be appreciated?
