Unspoken because I thought it was self-evident, but obviously the key step
is to remove whatever filter or extension the BlackBaud software installs
from the server and then re-test to see what the code does *from the exact
same client*. If that works, there's no question that it's interfering.

You can also try reordering things so that the *.sso script mapping is as
early as possible.
