IIS SP error with BlackBaud BBIS

So, what parts are actually talking to each other at this point?  Is
this the POST body from the browser to the ISAPI module?  Is this some
communication between the ISAPI module and shibd service?

They say that it should be ignoring all requests that go to
'/Shibboleth.sso/', but I'm not totally convinced yet.
It is letting /more/ through.. I can get to /Status and /Session now,
when I couldn't before.
