Yes, nothing you just posted fits what you posted before. So please start
over, run shibd -t and provide the output. Make sure neither shibd nor
Apache are running (I assume they can't be anyway but make sure).

If the output says the configuration is loadable, then (after fixing the
key error) start shibd and then start Apache. There's no reason that
shouldn't work in that case.
