Jfyi, in case the URL is always this (and not dynamic in an way) you
can set the homeURL attribute on the ApplicationDefaults element in
your SP config to force users ending up there instead of / to make up
for the b0rken IdP.
A simple redirect from / to /dwportal/index.jsp accomplishes the
same, of course, so I doubt this will help much.
