Yet another Idp error after SP upgrade

Well, I only pulled it (Shibboleth.sso/Metadata) from each box to compare them.

There shouldn't be any need to generate metadata once you're past a
testing phase, and in no case should anybody ever consume it directly or
you have no chance of a working system from an ongoing operational
standpoint. I don't know how to make that any clearer to people.
