You said you wanted to disable SSO, and that's how. Or you take more time
and learn how to use the ForceAuthn option to do it more selectively.

You comment out the PreviousSession handler, or you ensure the login
handler(s) used support ForceAuthn and have the SP request it with the
forceAuthn request setting.
