Cantor,

Well, Oracle's apxs script is broken, which may prevent this from ever
working easily, and on top of that I suspect the build error is because
you're trying to use a 32-bit Apache on a 64-bit OS.

--Thank you for your hint. I just want to explore all the possibilities
before I move the next step. I just went and I added "--target i686" into
the rpmbuild command and it went fine without any errors whatsoever. Any
toughs on this?

I don't know if it's even possible to do any of that via rpmbuild. I will
repeat for the second time that you should forget the rpmbuild approach
and build the SP from source first so you control the build more directly.

--Cantor, This will be my next step on try your suggestion and build the sp
from source.
Any starting point in about to do this?

Thanks for you help, and I'll posted on my findings.

-Pirulo
