not getting mails from maillist

I recently found shibboleth.net was blocked - I think by a central JANET
blocklist. We lifted the block locally, but I still had to log in to my
mailing list account at http://shibboleth.net/mailman/options/users to
re-enable receiving messages, as it had been disabled due to the block
bouncing too much mail back. You may have the same thing.
