Shibboleth and ADFS 1.0

Hello,

I am trying to federate with an identify provider using ADFS 1.0; the metadata file that I get is not being recognized within shibboleth. Any thoughts? I have attached a generic version of the metadata from ADFS 1.0 that I am trying to setup. It is missing attributes such as entityID and I am not able to create an application override for that in shibboleth SO xml file.
