Attribute not resolving on SP

Ah, yes, that URL I've seen.

I have two dummy apps, and yes, they're under myapp1 and myapp2.

I don't see anything in the logs. Do I need mod_env turned on (it's currently not active).

My mailer helpfully line-wrapped the URL, so make sure you get the ...Access at the end of it included.

Your Apache config seems reasonable assuming your app lives under
/myapp1 or /myapp2.  You can follow the redirects after the SAML POST to verify that you're hitting the URL you think you are.  The native.log file is where you'd look to find out whether Apache is letting Shib process particular requests (turn up log level in native.logger to DEBUG for all the details).
