This is not the support channel for Oracle products.
If you want to know what causes this error and what it means, you'll
need to ask them.
I suspect that your Oracle SP config is still off (since it seems it's
trying to do something with Artifacts) but that's just guessing.

So go ask the vendor. You very likely already paid for their support.
