I fixed the documentation you were using, but I would not have suggested
using it anyway.

Peter certainly predicted you would end up in the same place.

Since the endpoint obviously looks fine, the conclusion is simply that the
metadata you are loading into the IdP is not what you think it is.

I would check the log at startup for any indication it's not loaded at all.
