Confluence logout URL for mobile?

Hi guys

I've been through all the docs on
https://github.com/chauth/confluence_http_authenticator and managed to
get that working.
As an experiment, instead of mod_shib I gave mod_mellon a shot, and
after some time I got that to work as well.

I managed to configure the proper URL for the login button by editing
seraph-config.xml.
The logout URL was not just a matter of changing a config file, I had
to unjar the confluence-5.1.jar, edit xwork.html, and then jar the
tree up again.

So far, so good: https://wikis.terena.org.

When testing with an iPad, I found out that Confluence 5.1 now has a
decent mobile theme out of the box.
However, the login button on the mobile theme still uses the local login...

It looks like a bug to me, but before I report it I'm just asking
around here... has anyone encountered this?

Where do I define custom login/logout URLs for use with the mobile them?
