Question of shibboleth deployment

Figure below presents a scenario in my applications.

•	the User try to access to Resource-A protected by SP-A. Because the user
is not authenticated, Form-A shows the user.
•	The user supplies necessary information and IDP-A authenticates the User
successfully.  Thus, Resource shows to the user.
•	Subsequently, the user want to access to Resource-B protected by SP-B. My
concern is 

Because user has been authenticated by IDP-A, I cannot do authentication
again on IDP-B. The user should access Resource-B directly. How can I
configure IDP-B?
