unencrypted assertions not working

Hi,

I got this working, there was a mistake in the replying party configuration,
now all working.

However this is still in our TEST region,

Now with our IdP we got a federation and other individual SPs working with
no issues, however

This is the only SP got this requirement NOT to do assertion encrption,
hence only the need to have relying party configuration. Previously we were
using default configuration.

It appears this SP is NON shibboleth.

Thier argument is considering the endpoints are https, and also considerting
the nature of the data, does it really matter?

Any thoughts?
