Shib IdP configuration reloading interval

Hello everyone,

I am little bit curious about IdP's auto configuration reloading interval.
The issue is, whenever I create a new trust relationship I always need to
restart tomcat manually for IdP to fetch the new configuration.

Is there any polling interval inside IdP for this configuration reloading?
