UAE / Abu Dabi federation

Unfortunately I don't think it exists yet. You'd of thought uae would have the whole federation thing down by now! 

There has certainly been a lot of talk about creating one, but I don't have any evidence that it has got to service. 

Could be wrong though.

Well, they could join the UAE federation.  That would seem to be a
reasonable place to start.
