Ok, I find the description of default, specified or anonymous relaying 
parties, but how does the default setup bind these to the idP metadata, 
just as an example ? This must then be the answer to how I add a new 
one. When the doc talks about meta data, it tells about 
EntityDescriptor, with sounds like the metadata file itself, but not 
anything about the MetadataProvider :-)
