The ShibRequestSetting command (the applicationId one). I believe as an
OR_AUTHCFG command, it can appear at the global or host level, not just in
content sections.

I'll look at the suggestions for the docs when I have a chance but I
encourage you to just change anything you like. If I have an issue with
something, I'll just change it.
